I had a very delightful experience with Lucretia to sell my old house and buy a new house. She was very experienced to renovate my house and sold it within a couple of days on the market! To buy my second house, she had a lot of patience and showed me several houses that I was interested in and found the right one for me. Very friendly, highly recommended!

Lucretia Ramsey is a great agent. She gave us good advice on what and how to make our home look its best. She helped us out during the fix-up period with the contractors. She made sure we had good coverage in the marketplace. Once on the market, we had several attractive offers within a short time. Lucretia worked with us and the selected buyer and the lender and the closing attorney to get the paperwork lined up and processed in a timely fashion. She gets stuff done!
